Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Earthling Co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at help@theearthlingico.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note:

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please email us at help@theearthlingico.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

Personal care items (e.g., shampoo bars, conditioner bars, deodorants, etc.)
Gift cards
Final sale items

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@theearthlingico.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us at help@theearthlingico.com to receive return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
